Rent is due on the 1st of the month, late after the 3rd, and will incure a late fee.

Many of the residents in this building are retired and working professionals. We are looking for a quiet one or two person(s) to live here. There are tenants below this unit, therefore you must be considerate of your noise. This unit/building is not safe for children due to the old code balcony railings. We are very careful when we bring our kids to the condo. They cannot play on the balcony. This condo is my retirement home, and I will be looking for someone who'll take care of it. We have the right to rent to non-smokers and keep our unit free of smoke damage. This also allows us to re-rent quickly.
