Large Living Room

Large living room with two cable ready locations. Measures 19' x 14'. The carpet is gone now.

















Large one bedroom (measuring 14' x 13') with ample closet space along the 14' wall.
The bedroom is cable ready.  The carpet is now gone.


















The kitchen has an electric stove and dishwasher.  The double sink has a garbage disposal. 

The kitchen will be restored with granite countertops.  The cabinets will be painted as of Feb. 2013.

Balcony




Bright and Breezy private balcony overlooking 2nd street and Loma. Large balcony wall window.  The balcony has been resurfaced, and the green carpet is no longer there.
